When physical, mental, and spiritual practices come together, we call it Yoga, that is originated in ancient India. There is a very big difference between happiness and joy, their terms vary in hindi and sanskrit but the closest meaning is “Happiness”, a very short lived emotion and can be controlled by power of will and mind. Where as “Joy” is eternal and blissful. Let’s try not to seek happiness, lets seek joy. While trying to find happiness, these days we end of having diseases like Diabetes, Blood Pressure, Heart Disorder, Acidity and we seek doctor’s advice and we end up spending all our lives eating regular medicines. But the question is: can we find joy with these medicines. Certainly not. Only answer can be “To stay joyfully healthy, we have to adopt regular Pranayama and Yogasanas.
